Software Developer
Build production-grade web and mobile applications for clients across Botswana and the SADC region. You'll work across the full stack, own features end-to-end, and collaborate directly with clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement web and mobile application features
- Participate in architecture and code review sessions
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly with the team
What We Look For
- Proficiency in at least one modern web framework (React, Next.js, Vue, etc.)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and database design
- Familiarity with version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
UI/UX Engineer
Bridge the gap between design and development. You'll craft interfaces that are both beautiful and functional — turning business requirements into polished user experiences that our clients can actually use.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Implement UI components in code (React/Next.js)
- Run usability sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve design systems across projects
What We Look For
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and UX thinking
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Ability to implement your own designs in HTML/CSS/React
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles
Security Specialist
Lead and deliver Xcipher Shield engagements — penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and security audits. You'll be the person clients trust to find what their defences miss.
Responsibilities
- Conduct web application, network, and infrastructure penetration tests
- Produce detailed, actionable remediation reports
- Support clients through vulnerability triage and patch verification
- Contribute to internal security tooling and methodology development
What We Look For
- Hands-on experience with offensive security tools (Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, etc.)
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and common CVEs
- Relevant certifications a plus (OSCP, CEH, CompTIA Security+)
- Strong written communication for client-facing reports
Intern — All Disciplines
